ADHD/AuDHD Teen Coaching

Supporting adolescents with ADHD and AuDHD.

ADHD/AuDHD coaching helps individuals understand how their brain works, set meaningful goals, and receive support as they work toward achieving them.

Yvonne offers neuro-affirming coaching that celebrates each persons unique strengths, guiding them to implement healthy routines and evidence-based strategies to assist them to thrive at school, at home, and in life.

Coaching empowers individuals by helping them break down their goals into manageable steps, stay organised, and manage distractions. For teens, it bridges the gap between childhood and adulthood, fostering independence and allowing the teen's maturation process to unfold at a pace that's right for them.

Sessions are 1:1, they can be in person or online.

Academic Coaching

Supporting students to reach their academic potential.

Year 7 - University

Yvonne works one-on-one with teens/young adults to help them implement strategies that promote academic success, supporting them to overcome challenges and reach their goals.

Teens can benefit tremendously from support and practical strategies to assist time management, organisation, focus, and study skills. We aren't born with these executive functioning skills. Coaching can support your teen to set and achieve goals that are meaningful to them.  

 

When a student discovers a system that works for them, it makes a world of difference.

 

Students receive customised sessions to help them set goals and implement strategies to reach their potential.

Drawing on experience as an Occupational Therapist and ADHD Coach, Yvonne provides tailored support that addresses each person's unique strengths and challenges.

 

Evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is incorporated, as this is vital in adult ADHD coaching to address:

  • Executive function challenges

  • Restructuring of negative thoughts

  • Emotional regulation

  • Behavioural changes
